Senior Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Accelerate delivery: drive rapid feedback loops between prototyping, client input and production
• ▹Keep multiple parallel workstreams moving without bottlenecks or bureaucracy
• ▹Identify what is blocking a maker and remove it the same day
• ▹Keep leadership and stakeholders informed: what shipped, what is at risk, what needs a decision
• ▹Create clarity and momentum in ambiguous environments
• ▹Surface risks and cross-team dependencies before they become problems
• ▹Protect the team's focus and help prioritize the work that matters most
• ▹Treat process as a product and continuously improve it
• ▹Use AI tools (Cursor, v0, Claude, etc.) to prototype, draft specs and generate briefs
• ▹Contribute directly to delivery rather than only coordinating others
• ▹Experiment with new AI tooling and share what works across the team
• ▹Evolve tools and workflows as the team grows
• ▹Ensure distributed teams communicate effectively across time zones

Requirements

• ▹Experience shipping real products in fast-moving startup environments, early-stage startup experience strongly preferred
• ▹A maker mindset: would rather prototype a solution than write a slide deck
• ▹Strong familiarity with modern AI tooling, used in daily workflow
• ▹Strong judgment about when to move fast and when to slow down
• ▹Ability to hold context across business, product, design and engineering without rigid handoff processes
• ▹Excellent async-first, decision-oriented communication
• ▹High ownership and accountability
• ▹Experience working with distributed teams
• ▹A Bachelor's degree

Nice to have

• ▹Studies in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
