Sales Development Representative

Supercharge is looking for a Sales Development Representative to design, implement and optimize sophisticated B2B outbound campaigns that identify and engage high-value prospects for its AI and software solutions. This is not traditional cold calling but strategic, intelligence-driven prospecting, taking a consultancy-driven approach to build multi-layered prospect profiles. You will run multi-channel outreach, manage CRM data in HubSpot, and operate AI agents and automation workflows to scale research and qualification.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute targeted outbound campaigns, creating prospect lists by cross-referencing multiple data sources
  • Set up and manage multi-channel outreach sequences across email, LinkedIn and phone
  • Maintain CRM records and campaign tracking in HubSpot, integrating data from multiple providers and APIs
  • Qualify leads, document buying signals and trigger events, and score prospects based on fit and intent
  • Run A/B tests on messaging and outreach sequences, tracking performance and implementing improvements
  • Operate AI agents and automation workflows to scale research and qualification processes
  • Configure Clay workflows for data enrichment and execute LinkedIn or email outreach using HeyReach or similar tools

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, sales development or demand generation, with a proven track record of designing and executing successful outbound campaigns
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn and email automation tools (such as HeyReach, Smartlead or similar)
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, including workflow automation and pipeline management
  • A strategic, consultancy-driven mindset, able to build smart qualification frameworks and uncover non-obvious buying signals
  • A genuine interest in technology is essential
  • A self-motivated professional capable of working independently while managing complex, multi-channel campaigns
  • A data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to optimize campaign performance through continuous testing

Nice to have

  • Experience in software development or digital consulting
  • Expert-level proficiency with Clay or similar data enrichment platforms for building prospect intelligence
