Agile Coach

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead organizational agility and transformation initiatives
• ▹Coach and mentor leaders and teams on Agile mindsets and practices
• ▹Optimize systemic flow, identifying cross-team risks and bottlenecks
• ▹Partner with product and executive leadership to refine strategy and roadmapping
• ▹Facilitate large-scale workshops, strategic retrospectives, and value-mapping sessions
• ▹Mentor teams in advanced Agile practices (continuous delivery, Kanban, backlog management)
• ▹Foster a culture of continuous improvement (psychological safety, experimentation, data-driven decisions)
• ▹Build internal Agile communities of practice (CoPs)

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, Enterprise Coach, or senior Agile Delivery Specialist
• ▹Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks and scaling models (Scrum, Kanban, Scrum@Scale, LeSS, SAFe)
• ▹Demonstrated coaching and mentorship expertise with individuals, teams, and executives
• ▹Advanced facilitation skills for workshops and multi-team alignment sessions
• ▹Data-informed mindset, measuring flow metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput)
• ▹Background in technology or product development, understanding of software delivery lifecycles
• ▹Familiarity with enterprise Agile tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps, Miro, Confluence)

Nice to have

• ▹Coaching certifications (ICF ACC/PCC, ICP-ACC, ICP-CAT, ICP-ENT)
• ▹Advanced Agile certifications (PSM II/III, CSP-PO, CSP-SM, SAFe SPC)
