Senior AI Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Partner with executives to identify areas that would benefit most from AI enablement
• ▹Partner with teams to define business metrics improvable with AI, then build and maintain AI-powered tools
• ▹Partner with product to design and build AI platform and harness engineering tooling for internal engineers and external customers
• ▹Design AI best practices across Campminder and build platform functionality to automate following them
• ▹Partner with DevOps to roll out AI-first development and CI/CD flows for high-velocity agentic coding
• ▹Mentor and collaborate across the company on building AI-powered tools

Requirements

• ▹Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools used by internal teams of varying skill levels
• ▹Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, context engineering, and LLM evals
• ▹Experience building production AI observability (prompt/input/output logging, token spend tracking, regression evals)
• ▹Experience extending or building on agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, MCPs, custom agents, skills/plugins) for customer-facing workflows
• ▹Excellent product judgment on where AI belongs vs. deterministic code
• ▹Actively tracks the AI tooling landscape and experiments to form opinions
• ▹Experience teaching non-engineers practical AI adoption
• ▹Ability to partner with executive leadership and ICs at any skill level
• ▹Exceptional communication skills for executive AI strategy conversations
