Senior Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Build full-stack features using Ruby on Rails and React (TypeScript) within a small, focused squad
• ▹Own the product area end-to-end: from customer workflows and edge cases through delivery, performance, and quality
• ▹Integrate white-labelled third-party services and own the vendor relationship, including hands-on debugging
• ▹Contribute to architectural discussions and technical trade-offs
• ▹Translate product needs into clean, maintainable solutions
• ▹Review code, mentor others, raise the technical bar in the squad

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of professional software engineering experience building production web applications
• ▹3+ years of production experience with Ruby on Rails
• ▹3+ years building React applications in production
• ▹Comfortable with TypeScript
• ▹Background in startup/scale-up B2B SaaS environments
• ▹Fluent with AI-assisted development
• ▹Comfortable operating in ambiguity with end-to-end ownership
• ▹Experience on multi-persona, workflow-heavy SaaS products

Nice to have

• ▹Deep experience integrating third-party APIs / white-labelled services
• ▹Experience with usage-based / billing features
• ▹Experience refactoring or migrating systems
