Solution Engineer | Remote | MENA

Responsibilities

• ▹Design the end-to-end payments journey for each merchant, from current-state analysis to future-state architecture
• ▹Lead strategy sessions with customers to understand business objectives and recommend scalable, efficient solutions
• ▹Own the technical integration process — from API and SDK testing to guiding merchants through onboarding and implementation
• ▹Advise merchants on optimizing their payment stack — checkout UX, authentication, payment flows, and payouts
• ▹Create and maintain technical docs, implementation playbooks, and troubleshooting guides
• ▹Build or recommend tooling to improve and scale the integration process
• ▹Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
• ▹Travel to customer sites when needed for hands-on technical support and implementation

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience leading technical implementations with APIs and SDKs
• ▹Background in fintech, especially payments
• ▹Strong grasp of complex API architectures and application development experience
• ▹Ability to break down complex integration challenges and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
• ▹Strong track record of delivering measurable outcomes and business value for customers
• ▹Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex technical topics to C-level stakeholders and frontline teams
• ▹Ability to run effective customer meetings and discovery workshops
• ▹Organized, able to manage multiple merchants at once in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
• ▹Fluent in English
