QA Analyst

Responsibilities

• ▹Partner closely with product, design and engineering throughout development
• ▹Lead testing efforts on the most important product initiatives
• ▹Go deep on difficult problems: investigate bugs, identify edge cases, improve test coverage
• ▹Design thoughtful test plans and identify issues before they reach users
• ▹Help improve testing practices, tooling and automation
• ▹Reproduce issues, identify root causes and verify fixes before release

Requirements

• ▹Several years testing software people actually use
• ▹Interest in understanding how products behave, not just whether they work
• ▹Comfortable investigating subtle bugs and thinking through entire user flows
• ▹Works well with designers, engineers and product managers
• ▹Believes the best testing happens throughout development, not just before release
• ▹Uses tools like Claude Code and Cursor as part of your workflow
