Azerion, one of Europe's largest digital advertising and entertainment media platforms, is hiring an IT Support Specialist based in Turkey to manage internal IT operations end to end, including the full device lifecycle and software licensing, on an afternoon shift (12pm-8pm).
Responsibilities
- ▹Manage the device lifecycle: purchases, installation, configuration, account management, software upgrades and device off-boarding
- ▹Troubleshoot colleagues' issues with devices, accounts, network and printers
- ▹Manage software licenses
Requirements
- ▹Excellent with computers, knows macOS and Windows
- ▹Knows how to keep devices, systems and services secure
- ▹Good interpersonal and communication skills
- ▹Comfortable with basic terminal commands
- ▹Able to manage various business partners and vendors
- ▹Fluent in English
- ▹Min. 1 year of experience in a similar role
- ▹Already based in Turkey (no relocation offered)
- ▹Willing to cover an afternoon shift (12pm-8pm)
