Bugcrowd's Technical Delivery Manager owns the technical onboarding and rollout of Bug Bounty, Vulnerability Disclosure and Pentest programs for customers. The role spans platform configuration through technical advisory, working closely with sales and product teams.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end technical onboarding and configuration of Bug Bounty, Vulnerability Disclosure, Red Team and pentest programs
  • Translate customer security requirements into tailored program designs and platform configurations
  • Lead technical program reviews, kickoff meetings and walkthroughs
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to platform integrations, vulnerability workflows and reporting
  • Serve as technical point of contact during program launches, ensuring smooth transitions
  • Provide expert guidance on offensive security engagements, triage and integration best practices
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Relationship Managers and sales teams
  • Relay customer feedback to product, engineering and operations teams
  • Develop internal onboarding playbooks and technical documentation

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role (implementation, solutions architecture, technical program management, or professional services)
  • Deep knowledge of pentest, bug bounty and red-team methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-facing mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment

What we offer

  • Base pay range: $85,120–$106,400 (US national average)
  • Eligible for discretionary bonus or commission plan
  • 100% remote, work-from-home
