Manager, Security Operations

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead, coach and develop a team of Security Consultants through regular feedback and career development
• ▹Serve as subject matter expert in at least one security specialty (web, network, cloud, or mobile)
• ▹Demonstrate expertise across all vulnerability submission types, support complex escalations and appeals
• ▹Drive operational excellence: measure team performance, identify automation opportunities, implement process improvements
• ▹Plan, prioritize and manage team workloads while adapting to changing business needs
• ▹Build cross-functional partnerships to improve workflows and customer outcomes

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience in Security Operations, Application Security, Incident Response, or Vulnerability Management
• ▹Previous experience leading, supervising, or mentoring technical teams
• ▹Strong understanding of common vulnerability classes, including the OWASP Top 10
• ▹Experience with incident response, vulnerability triage, and validation
• ▹Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Nice to have

• ▹OSCP or comparable security certification, or equivalent offensive security experience
• ▹Experience using Python to automate workflows
• ▹Experience using Tableau or similar BI tools for dashboards

• ▹Base pay range: $129,280–$161,600 (US national average)
• ▹Eligible for discretionary bonus or commission plan
