Senior Software Developer

Responsibilities

• ▹Serve as technical lead directing internal and external development teams
• ▹Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions
• ▹Architect scalable, reliable, and maintainable software systems
• ▹Mentor and coach junior members of the development team
• ▹Write clean, efficient, well-documented code across languages and frameworks
• ▹Implement software testing strategies (unit, integration, automated testing)
• ▹Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and address technical debt through refactoring
• ▹Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
• ▹Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• ▹Maintain documentation describing logic, configuration, testing, and changes
• ▹Evaluate third-party libraries, frameworks, and tools for integration
• ▹Contribute to coding standards, development processes, and best practices
• ▹Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• ▹Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to define project scope
• ▹Communicate with team members, stakeholders, and leadership
