Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• ▹Train, coach, and guide internal and external teams in agile practices
• ▹Facilitate all Scrum-related ceremonies
• ▹Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
• ▹Facilitate planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews with demos, and retrospectives
• ▹Take responsibility for team impediments and their resolution
• ▹Encourage the team to deliver on their commitments
• ▹Escalate delivery issues and risks
• ▹Measure and track project performance using appropriate tools and metrics
• ▹Project management and coordination in close collaboration with the Product Owner
• ▹Prepare monthly tracking reports for senior management and other stakeholders
• ▹Develop training material

Requirements

• ▹Certified SCRUMMaster® Certification
• ▹Tertiary Qualification
• ▹Experience in a Scrum Master role
• ▹Familiarity with software development
• ▹Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• ▹Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, XP)
• ▹Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• ▹Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• ▹Outstanding organizational skills

Nice to have

• ▹3+ years' experience as a Scrum Master in an agile development environment
• ▹Jira, Confluence
• ▹Azure Boards (Azure DevOps)
• ▹Scrum reporting and rituals experience
• ▹Agile project management experience
