Responsibilities

• ▹Design enterprise and solution architectures in complex organizations, including domains where best practices are still being written
• ▹Translate business requirements into architectural decisions and communicate them in Spanish and English to technical and executive audiences

Requirements

• ▹5+ years designing enterprise or solution architectures in complex organizations
• ▹Experience designing cloud-native architectures: containers (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift), API-first integration, microservices, data platforms
• ▹Production design experience on at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• ▹Practical knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman or equivalents) as a tool
• ▹Native or fluent Spanish and a high level of English
• ▹Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field

Nice to have

• ▹Experience designing or evaluating agentic AI architectures: multi-agent orchestration, agent fabrics, MCP integration, enterprise RAG
• ▹Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, Claude Agent SDK or equivalents) and LLM observability stacks (LangSmith, Langfuse)
• ▹Knowledge of Policy-as-Code (OPA/Rego) applied to AI governance or regulatory compliance
• ▹Experience with model routing (LiteLLM or similar) and GPU vs CPU inference strategies in enterprise environments
• ▹Prior experience in technology consulting, preparing proposals/RFPs, or client-facing roles with C-level interaction
