We are looking for someone with professional experience in Python development who will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions supporting transformer engineering processes. How you'll make an impact Design and develop high-quality software using Python Analyze business and technical requirements Translate customer needs into software solutions Improve automation and unit test coverage Collaborate with software engineers, QA teams, and product managers Contribute throughout the full product development lifecycle Support issue resolution and continuous product improvement Help enhance existing applications and develop new features Your background BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field 3+ years of professional experience in Python development Experience with at least one Python GUI framework such as PySide, wxPython, or Tkinter Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good understanding of software engineering best practices Experience with object-oriented programming principles More about us At Hitachi Energy, we recognize that our people are at the heart of our success.
