• ▹Shape how utilities become data-driven – from org design and operating rhythms to data culture and business adoption
• ▹Establish frameworks, transformation patterns and practical approaches that help clients turn Kraken data into measurable business impact
• ▹Codify repeatable data value use cases, building compelling proof points for how modern data practices improve business performance
• ▹Define how Kraken engages clients through workshops, executive advisory, targeted pilots and transformation playbooks
• ▹Scale the model globally by enabling data CDLs and Org Design leads to apply it consistently
• ▹Step in directly for critical client moments and complex transactions
