Responsibilities

• ▹Identify and define AI-driven opportunities aligned with business strategy across industries
• ▹Translate complex business needs into AI-enabled solutions, use cases, and adoption roadmaps
• ▹Analyze AI trends, market developments, and competitive dynamics to generate actionable insights
• ▹Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
• ▹Support the design and execution of AI-driven transformation initiatives
• ▹Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and adoption
• ▹Ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes through AI initiatives

Requirements

• ▹5-8 years of experience in a consulting environment with a strong technology focus (digital transformation, data, or AI initiatives)
• ▹Strong understanding of AI technologies (machine learning, generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics) and their business applications
• ▹Ability to analyze and interpret AI trends and market developments, translating them into practical business insights
• ▹Cross-industry business awareness and ability to identify value creation opportunities through AI
• ▹Experience acting as a bridge between business and technical teams
• ▹Proven project management capabilities, including stakeholder coordination and delivery tracking
• ▹Strong client-facing and communication skills, including workshop facilitation
• ▹Foundational knowledge of AI/data tools and languages (Python, SQL, ML frameworks)
• ▹Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure problems and support data-driven decision making
• ▹Experience with data analysis and data strategy, including data governance, data quality, and ethical AI considerations
