Senior Fullstack Engineer – Customer Risk Assessment

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, develop, and deploy resilient backend microservices in Java (Spring Boot)
• ▹Build intuitive, accessible frontends using React and TypeScript
• ▹Create centralized tools that aggregate data across multiple financial-crime risk topologies into a 360-degree risk view
• ▹Own and develop the common components of risk mitigation handling for scalable, standardized Servicing Agent workflows
• ▹Break down complex bottlenecks in servicing and compliance processes with adaptable platform solutions
• ▹Take full ownership of the product journey, from problem identification to shipping in production

Requirements

• ▹Strong engineering background in Java (Spring Boot), with years of experience running scalable microservices in production in a cloud environment
• ▹Experience building performant, responsive web applications with React and TypeScript/JavaScript
• ▹High coding standards: clean, scalable, testable code, understanding of test coverage best practices and code reviews
• ▹Experience designing distributed, concurrent systems and understanding tradeoffs between stateful/stateless and sync/async architectures
• ▹Product mindset: ability to break complex projects into incremental milestones delivering immediate customer value
• ▹Great communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical or distributed cross-functional audiences
