Group Product Manager, Developer Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• ▹Own the end-to-end product roadmap and success metrics for Developer Infrastructure: CI/CD pipelines, release automation, testing infrastructure, deployment systems, production readiness standards
• ▹Drive continuous simplification via regular systems migrations that reduce complexity and improve reliability
• ▹Build quality scorecards and leaderboards for production systems with executive-level visibility
• ▹Partner with Engineering, SRE, Security, and infrastructure leadership to ensure developer lifecycle systems are reliable, performant, secure, scalable
• ▹Analyze usage patterns and gather feedback to translate insight into prioritized investments
• ▹Shape integration of emerging technologies, including AI-powered testing, validation, and deployment

Requirements

• ▹10+ years of product management experience, significant experience in developer infrastructure, developer productivity, engineering platforms, or internal tools
• ▹Deep domain expertise across the code lifecycle: CI/CD, build systems, testing infrastructure, release automation, deployment pipelines, production readiness, with fluency in DORA metrics
• ▹Track record of defining and executing multi-year platform strategies improving developer velocity, reliability, and quality
• ▹Experience building products where engineers are the primary customer, driving adoption without a mandate
• ▹Proven ability to articulate infrastructure strategy and quality tradeoffs to senior/executive leadership
