An experienced, hands-on Tech Leader is sought to lead the Machine Learning Team. The role involves developing the ML framework and platform, building machine learning models, and supporting MLOps initiatives, serving as the subject matter expert for the area. The position also requires leadership skills to drive project execution and to mentor and grow other team members in the ML field.
Responsibilities
- ▹Designing and developing the frameworks and guardrails for ML solutions and products
- ▹Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform strategy development and ensure competitiveness
- ▹Directing the exploration and implementation of new AI technologies and methodologies, including MLOps
- ▹Leading the design and development of Betsson's ML platforms and solutions, addressing both batch and real-time solutions
- ▹Providing technical leadership, setting clear deliverables, and supporting the team to achieve results
- ▹Reviewing and approving key technical solutions
- ▹Designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining a framework and platform to leverage and standardize the use of machine learning across the company
- ▹Overseeing the entire machine learning lifecycle, from data collection and pre-processing to model deployment and monitoring
- ▹Working closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate machine learning models into production systems
Requirements
- ▹At least 5 years of experience in the ML field, having developed ML solutions and products, with significant experience in developing cutting-edge platforms using Cloud (preferably AWS SageMaker) to enable seamless evolution and standardized utilization of machine learning across the organization
- ▹Demonstrated expertise in managing complex Data/AI/ML projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- ▹Proficiency in AI technologies, event-driven and real-time data analytics environments, development and utilization of machine learning algorithms, MLOps, and online feature stores for real-time low-latency applications
- ▹Staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the AI and ML space to proactively implement improvements
Soft skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring teams and translating complex AI concepts into clear business strategies communicated to stakeholders at different levels of seniority and skill
