Responsibilities

• ▹Building per-PR and nightly performance regression detection for defined KPIs (startup, upload, print generation, crash rate) in CI, with alerting on regression
• ▹Re-architecting the systemtest layer to drive end-to-end scenarios headlessly through PreForm Server
• ▹Building and owning a pipeline that runs customer model corpora through slicing and support generation, diffing results against baselines
• ▹Owning Sentry triage, trending, and root-cause attribution, building crash-reproduction harnesses
• ▹Owning test infrastructure: print regression baselines, CI flake, test runtimes, golden-file management

Requirements

• ▹C++ proficiency, able to write integration and system tests against PreForm internals
• ▹Python for tooling and harnesses (corpus pipelines, API-driven test drivers, result diffing and reporting)
• ▹CI and automation depth: Jenkins, test parallelization, flake management, baseline/golden-file testing strategies
• ▹Observability instinct (Sentry, Amplitude, crash and performance dashboards)
• ▹Mid-to-senior IC seniority, able to define test strategy independently

Nice to have

• ▹Desktop application testing experience (GUI automation on Windows/macOS, Squish or Qt Test-based harnesses)
• ▹Passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies
• ▹Experience in a fast-growing startup environment
