Data Analyst | Mid

Responsibilities

• ▹Define, track, and optimize key metrics and KPIs for sales and marketing teams
• ▹Develop and maintain dashboards providing visibility into customer behavior and product performance
• ▹Conduct deep-dive analyses on client cohorts and segmentation strategies to uncover growth opportunities
• ▹Deliver clear, compelling data-driven insights to cross-functional stakeholders
• ▹Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and governance

Requirements

• ▹2+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
• ▹Solid proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis
• ▹Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
• ▹Excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Nice to have

• ▹Hands-on experience working with CRM or marketing datasets
