Enterprise Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• ▹Partner with biotechnology organizations to assess their IT landscape, understand strategic objectives, and architect solutions
• ▹Lead end-to-end implementation projects from discovery through successful go-live and adoption
• ▹Provide ongoing strategic guidance, best practice education, and product engagement recommendations
• ▹Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities
• ▹Coordinate with Professional Services, Product, and Customer Success teams to orchestrate complex, global enterprise deployments
• ▹Support Sales and Marketing in technical deal strategy, resolving complex technical challenges with Engineering and Product
• ▹Contribute to the development of global enterprise processes, product capabilities and best practice frameworks

Requirements

• ▹5-10+ years of combined experience in biotechnology/pharmaceutical roles and scientific software implementation
• ▹Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Information Management, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• ▹Proven track record leading global implementation teams in enterprise solution design and deployment (Benchling experience strongly preferred)
• ▹Ability to empathize with scientists and rapidly comprehend complex scientific workflows
• ▹Exceptional communication skills across verbal, written and presentation formats, plus strong organizational and project management
• ▹Self-directed, adaptable professional thriving in dynamic environments
• ▹Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 30%

Nice to have

• ▹5+ years of client-facing software implementation and/or consulting experience delivering enterprise-scale SaaS projects
• ▹Hands-on experience implementing scientific/informatics platforms (LIMS, ELN, MES, LES) and tools such as JMP, Spotfire, or Tableau
