Senior Staff Partner Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Partner closely with Ripple's Product and Engineering teams to bring new products and features to market, collecting and prioritizing customer requirements
• ▹Handle enterprise-scale customers and partners independently
• ▹Serve as the functional and technical specialist to achieve business objectives for customers, partners, and Ripple
• ▹Drive the design, deployment, and successful usage of new solutions
• ▹Break down project objectives into manageable tasks, assembling and guiding internal and external resources
• ▹Own the entire delivery life cycle — training, meetings, configuration testing, and launch support
• ▹Guide customers/partners to achieve maximum benefits from their implementation
• ▹Travel to customer and partner locations when work-related travel resumes (20-30%)

Requirements

• ▹10+ years of proven IT/software experience
• ▹Experience in software solutions and delivery with major global organizations and industry groups
• ▹Ability to enable real-world, global use cases with new technologies and innovative thinking
• ▹Strong understanding of network principles and design, and appreciation of financial services networks
• ▹Excellent team-working and interpersonal skills, able to build trust with customers, suppliers, partners, and colleagues
• ▹Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues at a network, database, and/or application level
• ▹Hands-on experience with software development (ideally writing production-grade code)

Nice to have

• ▹Prior experience with institutional crypto custody solutions
