Technical Program Manager - Core Autonomy

Responsibilities

• ▹Define and own how the stack's reliability is measured and forecast
• ▹Drive the stack's release cycle end to end and coordinate releases across downstream teams
• ▹Identify key projects to improve driving performance together with engineering leads
• ▹Build reporting that gives engineering and customer-facing teams a shared view of performance and release status

Requirements

• ▹Background in autonomy, robotics, or ML
• ▹3+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, or a related field
• ▹Ability to context-switch effectively across multiple projects
• ▹Willingness to operate without a fixed lane — from product calls to building dashboards
