Responsibilities

• ▹Serve as the main technical voice for Databricks across multiple clients
• ▹Lead customers through their transformational journey adopting Databricks
• ▹Implement the technical strategy in the account in close alignment with business strategy
• ▹Build a movement of technical champions within the account
• ▹Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions
• ▹Provide structured mentorship for other team members

Requirements

• ▹Proficiency establishing and leading virtual teams within the account
• ▹Experience working with very large (>$1M ARR) global accounts
• ▹Ability to form relationships with executives and influencers
• ▹Ability to present a convincing point of view to key decision-makers
• ▹Technical proficiency in big data, data science and cloud
• ▹Ability to drive data-driven business transformation
• ▹Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala or Java
