Senior Data Engineer

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and industrialize complex ETL/ELT pipelines in Python and SQL, integrating modern LLM/RAG technologies
• ▹Migrate and integrate data from legacy systems to cloud ecosystems, with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure
• ▹Implement and optimize solutions on Microsoft Azure, working with tools like Dataiku to industrialize data flows
• ▹Automate resource provisioning through Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent tools)
• ▹Optimize query performance and cloud storage/compute costs
• ▹Implement automated tests and monitor data pipelines, with particular attention to LLM/RAG architectures
• ▹Work closely with Data Scientists, Data Analysts and Product Owners to industrialize data-driven solutions
• ▹Actively participate in the DevOps culture and software engineering best practices

Requirements

• ▹Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer engineering or a Big Data specialization
• ▹Minimum 7 years of experience as a Data Engineer
• ▹Proven expertise in Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, etc.)
• ▹Experience with Dataiku (industrializing pipelines, integration with LLM/RAG models)
• ▹Experience in LLM/RAG architecture, integration and optimization
• ▹Significant experience in the industrial sector (rail, automotive, energy, etc.)
• ▹Solid hands-on Python development and SQL modeling skills
• ▹Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, etc.)
• ▹Willing to work from the Île-de-France region, looking for a permanent (CDI) position

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of legacy systems (e.g. Teradata)
