Docplanner is looking for a data leader who makes data transparent to the business, simplifying the data stack and building reliable systems that stakeholders can trust without thinking about. This role reports directly to the CTPO.
Stack
Responsibilities
- ▹Reduce data stack complexity and eliminate waste across data warehouse, product analytics, and BI teams
- ▹Build reliability so data quality is consistent enough that teams stop questioning numbers and start making decisions
- ▹Partner with departments to identify real priorities vs. nice-to-haves, focusing resources on what drives impact
- ▹Leverage AI tools and establish new workflows that scale with global growth
- ▹Lead transformation, changing teams from reactive data providers to proactive business enablers
- ▹Lead and evolve the Data function, with responsibility for people leadership and team structure
Requirements
- ▹Previous experience in a senior data leadership role
- ▹Ownership of the data warehouse
- ▹Experience leading product analytics and/or BI
- ▹Experience simplifying and modernizing data operations in complex environments
- ▹Experience leading and evolving data teams
Nice to have
- ▹Familiarity with the team's stack: Tableau, Google Analytics, Superset, Amplitude, plus GTM systems such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Pigment
