Senior Data Analyst - Expansion

Responsibilities

• ▹Support the CEO Office on major transformation initiatives with analytical insights that shape the value proposition, business model, customer experience, monetization and operational excellence programmes
• ▹Evaluate and prioritise new market segments, product opportunities and strategic bets through rigorous market, product and customer analysis
• ▹Identify improvement areas and new growth opportunities through data-driven deep dives into customer behaviour, operations and competitive dynamics
• ▹Lead cross-functional performance analyses to surface trends, explain key business drivers and deliver clear, actionable insights to executives
• ▹Develop analytical models: forecasting models to project business performance, scenario models to evaluate strategic options and financial models to size opportunities and quantify impact

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience in business analytics, product analytics, consulting or a related analytical role
• ▹Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to influence leadership-level stakeholders
• ▹Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
• ▹Proactive, curious mindset with a drive to investigate discrepancies and identify opportunities
• ▹Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, able to synthesise complex data into clear narratives
• ▹Exceptional attention to detail and a rigorous, structured approach to analysis
• ▹Proven Excel/Google Sheets modelling skills (e.g. driver-based modelling, sensitivity analysis, financial impact estimation)
• ▹Experience leading cross-functional analytics projects and engaging diverse stakeholders

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in corporate strategy or strategic consulting, supporting senior leadership on high-impact, cross-functional initiatives
• ▹Experience in fast-growing, data-driven startups, marketplaces or subscription businesses
• ▹Hands-on experience with Looker and Snowflake
