Sales Development Specialist B2B Cyber Security (New Logo Hunter)

Prospecting and generating net-new B2B opportunities from scratch Selling cyber security and penetration testing services to mid-market and enterprise clients Targeting CISOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and senior security stakeholders Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of new logo opportunities Consistently hitting and exceeding new business revenue targets Identify and prospect target accounts within BPO, outsourcing, and staff augmentation markets Use LinkedIn and other social platforms as primary channels for lead generation and engagement Execute outbound campaigns via social selling, email, and phone Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined ICP and hand over sales-ready opportunities Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand client needs and outsourcing challenges Book qualified meetings for Sales Executives and support pipeline growth Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and targeting Stay informed on outsourcing trends, delivery models, and competitor offerings Proven hunter background in B2B sales Track record of winning new logos only (not account management) Experience selling cyber security, pen testing, IT security, or complex technical services Comfortable with cold calling, outbound prospecting, and rejection Telesales Experience Experience in social selling and advance use of LinkedIn Confident engaging senior technical and business decision-makers Experience using CRM (HubSpot) Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven Hunter mentality with strong resilience and self-motivation Commercial awareness and curiosity about client challenges Highly organised with excellent time management Relationship-driven with a consultative sales approach Experience selling into US, UK, or European markets (advantageous)
