Responsibilities

• ▹Validate incoming requirements, design and cost estimates; ensure best practices and quality of technical delivery
• ▹Coordinate development activities across a given scope, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders
• ▹Ensure the sustainability and coverage of test automation
• ▹Oversee the maintenance of technical documentation
• ▹Simplify and present technical topics within the teams; act as a relay for communities within the team
• ▹Support the team's developers and perform code reviews (PR/MR)
• ▹Ensure the continuous integration pipeline runs smoothly
• ▹Know each team member's capabilities and assign proportionate challenges

Requirements

• ▹Significant experience as a full-stack Java/Angular developer
• ▹Experience in the industrial sector, with a passion for aerospace and avionics maintenance
• ▹Master's degree, engineering degree or equivalent
• ▹Entrepreneurial mindset, service and client relationship orientation
• ▹Rigor and commitment to teamwork
