Senior Consultant – Enterprise Architect, Digital Expertise Centre, Île-de-France

Responsibilities

• ▹Design the overall target architecture of IT investment programmes, in particular the triad of business processes, IS capabilities and data
• ▹Own the information system across several dimensions: urbanisation, functional and application architecture, data, interoperability and solution choices
• ▹Communicate the key principles and strategic directions of the IS to programme and IT department stakeholders
• ▹Support delivery teams on architecture matters, including compliance and cross-cutting consistency reviews
• ▹Assess contingencies (new needs, hard points) for feasibility and impact on the target architecture and on the schedule
• ▹Define and run the IT department's architecture framework: ambitions and objectives, architecture service offer, norms and practices, tools and deliverables, IS asset management and IS strategies

Requirements

• ▹Engineering school degree, or a dual Business–Engineering degree, or a MIAGE university degree, at Master 2 level
• ▹At least 3 years as an urbanist or enterprise architect in complex and varied environments
• ▹Proven experience selling complex consulting engagements and scoping large IT programmes
• ▹Command of IS architecture and design standards (TOGAF, ArchiMate, BPM, SOA/API)
• ▹Experience with modern design approaches (Domain Driven Design, microservices, event-driven architecture, cloud) and agile delivery (SAFe, Scrum)
• ▹Good oral communication, able to lead, engage and align stakeholders, skilled at compromise
• ▹Ability to take a high-level view to define an IS strategy suited to clients' sector constraints and produce quality deliverables
