Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and mentor a team of Applied Scientists and AI/ML Engineers
• ▹Lead the technical strategy for AI/ML solutions extracting value from structured and unstructured data
• ▹Design autonomous agentic workflows and real-time reasoning engines for the AI-native CRM
• ▹Drive LLMOps strategy in partnership with the AI Platform team
• ▹Act as a technical authority shaping the AI engineering roadmap
• ▹Deliver as a high-impact individual contributor on critical systems

Requirements

• ▹8+ years of applied science or engineering experience across the full ML/AI lifecycle in production
• ▹Proven ability to lead and scale a technical team
• ▹Deep expertise in agentic system orchestration (e.g. LangGraph), RAG architectures, vector databases
• ▹Pragmatic, iterative shipping mindset over theoretical perfection
• ▹Track record of delivering business value through AI/ML solutions at scale
• ▹Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), distributed systems, container orchestration, data engineering (Kafka)
