Responsibilities

• ▹Design the team's organization and the production process
• ▹Define the team's operating structure and workflows across the full development, integration, testing and release cycle
• ▹Document processes, procedures and guidelines, ensuring consistency with company and client standards
• ▹Define change, version and release management processes in complex environments
• ▹Drive the adoption and integration of Generative AI
• ▹Promote the use of Generative AI for coding, code review, documentation and automated test generation
• ▹Introduce AI-assisted development models and workflows to improve productivity and quality
• ▹Train and support the team in the day-to-day adoption of generative AI technologies, using the methods and tools provided by the company
• ▹Implement automation of the production process
• ▹Implement and maintain DevSecOps and MLOps pipelines
• ▹Implement and maintain AI solutions for the team's use (custom agents, MAIA use cases)
• ▹Leverage and integrate AI tools into the DevOps toolchain for CI/CD, code quality, monitoring and incident analysis
• ▹Oversee the software lifecycle
• ▹Monitor the planning, progress and quality of activities across all phases of the software lifecycle
• ▹Ensure product quality through metrics, test automation and continuous integration/delivery processes
• ▹Automatically track KPIs to assess the impact of Generative AI on time, cost and quality
• ▹Support governance, compliance and operational activities
• ▹Verify adherence to technical, security and process standards
• ▹Identify and promptly resolve organizational, technical or relational issues
• ▹Support the project team in adopting industrialized processes and AI, and in change management generally
• ▹Promote a culture of continuous improvement
• ▹Promote a culture oriented towards quality, efficiency and innovation
• ▹Conduct periodic process reviews and retrospectives to identify areas for optimization
• ▹Foster continuous feedback and knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements

• ▹At least 4 years of experience as a Technical Leader or Team Leader on complex projects, coordinating teams of 5-10 people, reporting directly to the Project Manager
• ▹Proven experience implementing CI/CD pipelines on medium- to long-term (at least 12-month) cloud-native projects
• ▹Solid experience in enterprise code development and in using Generative AI models and tools for assisted generation of code and technical documentation
• ▹In-depth knowledge of the main software lifecycle models (waterfall, agile, iterative, incremental, TDD, BDD, etc.) and related management tools (Jira, Confluence)
• ▹Proficiency with DevSecOps tools (GitLab, GitLab CI/CD, SonarQube, Checkmarx or equivalents) and industrialized code management practices (branching, CI/CD pipelines, release management)
• ▹Familiarity with development environments that integrate AI-based code generation components (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code)
• ▹Knowledge of project management practices and related economic/technical KPIs
• ▹Knowledge of architectural models (single-page applications, microservices, monoliths, etc.) and design patterns, plus at least a couple of programming languages among Java, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript and Python
