Responsibilities

• ▹Design advanced data models: build star schemas and complex tabular models, ensuring KPI consistency
• ▹Develop DAX and Power Query logic: implement advanced calculations (DAX) and data transformation procedures (M language) to optimize ETL flows
• ▹Build interactive dashboards that turn raw data into strategic, decision-ready insights
• ▹Collaborate with Data Engineers to define backend requirements and optimize data source performance
• ▹Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and manage publishing environments (Power BI Service/Premium) in line with security policies
• ▹Design, develop and optimize advanced reporting architectures, coordinating data integration with Data Engineers
• ▹Support the professional development of junior colleagues

Requirements

• ▹Strong command of Star Schema and Snowflake data modeling
• ▹DAX: writing advanced measures and calculated columns, time intelligence (e.g. YTD), and handling semi-additive measures
• ▹Power Query (M language): ETL for cleaning and transforming data from sources such as SQL, NoSQL, cloud and Excel
• ▹Power BI Service: managing workspaces, gateways and Row-Level Security (RLS)
