AI Senior Engineer (Graph)

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and develop robust ETL pipelines specifically for graph ingestion, determining how disparate data sources connect, evolve and relate in a graph structure
• ▹Manage high-volume data streams using tools like Kafka and CDC (Change Data Capture) patterns so the graph reflects real-time reality
• ▹Write scripts and jobs for deduplication, orphan node detection and data consistency checks
• ▹Handle complex temporal relationships (e.g., how property ownership or financial status changes over time) within the graph
• ▹Keep query performance snappy as the graph grows (25k+ reports and beyond) by optimizing indexes and storage

Requirements

• ▹Neo4j expertise (must have): 4+ years of hands-on experience, mastering Cypher, schema design and the operational side of managing a production graph
• ▹ETL and pipeline experience: taking raw data, cleaning it and structuring it for graph ingestion
• ▹Streaming and CDC: familiarity with event streaming platforms like Kafka and Change Data Capture methodologies to sync operational databases with the graph
• ▹Strong Python skills for ingestion scripts, maintenance jobs and custom graph algorithms
• ▹Experience implementing automated jobs for entity resolution, deduplication and quality assurance
• ▹Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Nice to have

• ▹C# knowledge: ability to read or contribute to C# codebases
• ▹Prior work in the Finance or Real Estate sectors
