Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Trust

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Define the long-term ML technical vision and strategy for the Trust organization
• ▹Serve as a technical leader and mentor to ML and software engineers
• ▹Drive large-scale, multi-team ML initiatives
• ▹Build and improve ML models using large structured and unstructured data
• ▹Work with other trust and platform teams to tackle evolving fraud patterns
• ▹Hands-on development: anomaly detection, risk evaluation models, agentic AI

Requirements

• ▹12+ years of industry experience in applied machine learning
• ▹2-3+ years working with LLMs and GenAI technologies, proficiency in Agentic AI
• ▹Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in CS/ML or related field
• ▹Strong programming (Scala/Python/Java/C++) and data engineering skills
• ▹Deep understanding of ML best practices and algorithms (gradient boosted trees, deep learning, optimization)
• ▹Experience with AgenticAI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubernetes

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in the Trust and Risk domain
