Responsibilities

• ▹Develop AI-powered content generation (email, push, ad copy, creatives)
• ▹Drive ML/AI orchestration for decisioning: optimal audience, message, channel, timing
• ▹Design a proactive marketing analyst AI agent to identify campaign opportunities
• ▹Build ML models and pipelines using large structured and unstructured data
• ▹Collaborate with product managers, operations and data scientists
• ▹Mentor non-ML engineers in applying ML/AI

Requirements

• ▹12+ years of industry experience in applied ML/AI, MS or PhD
• ▹Strong programming (Scala/Python/Java/C++) and data engineering skills
• ▹Deep understanding of ML/AI best practices and algorithms
• ▹Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubernetes, Airflow, Kafka
