Responsibilities

• ▹Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and significant business impact
• ▹Set technical direction for critical surface areas
• ▹Design, develop, and own new product functionality and infrastructure using modern tooling (TypeScript, React, Node.js)
• ▹Collaborate with talented engineers to improve customer security
• ▹Contribute to building Vanta's engineering culture

Requirements

• ▹At least 5 years of industry experience
• ▹Technical leadership experience on teams or complex projects
• ▹Previous startup experience or bias-for-action environment
• ▹Experience with greenfield projects
• ▹Interest in or prior experience in security
