GRC Pre-Sales Consultant / Solutions Engineer – DACH market, EMEA

Responsibilities

• ▹Own the technical relationship with commercial prospects and customers
• ▹Develop deep understanding of product capabilities, integrations, and competitive landscape
• ▹Relay customer feedback to the product team for feature prioritization
• ▹Support customers through the trial process
• ▹Build product examples, documentation, and other resources for customers
• ▹Help drive new programs to improve the pre- to post-sales transition

Requirements

• ▹Must work from the London office 3 days a week (Tue/Wed/Thu)
• ▹5+ years of customer-facing technical experience as a solutions/sales engineer
• ▹Prior B2B SaaS experience
• ▹Full German language proficiency
• ▹Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure)
• ▹Strong project management skills in unstructured startup environments
• ▹General knowledge of a scripting language (Python, Ruby, Bash, JavaScript)

Nice to have

• ▹REST API development and integration familiarity
• ▹Prior cybersecurity experience
