Responsibilities

• ▹Own technical delivery across multiple deployments from prototype to stable production
• ▹Build full-stack systems that deliver customer value
• ▹Embed closely with customer teams, guide adoption
• ▹Scope work, sequence delivery, remove blockers early
• ▹Make trade-offs between scope, speed and quality
• ▹Contribute directly in code when needed
• ▹Codify working patterns into tools and playbooks
• ▹Share field feedback with Research and Product teams

Requirements

• ▹5+ years engineering or technical deployment experience including customer-facing work
• ▹Scoped and delivered complex systems in fast-moving or ambiguous environments
• ▹Write and review production-grade code across frontend and backend (Python, JavaScript or comparable stacks)
• ▹Built or deployed systems powered by LLMs or generative models
• ▹Fast, sound decision-making under pressure
• ▹Clear communication with engineers, product teams and customers
• ▹Spot risks early
