Responsibilities

• ▹App Core team: scale mobile app architecture, accelerate release cadence to weekly, build reusable patterns
• ▹App Engagement team: own and evolve the Mollie UI design system
• ▹Rebuild mobile navigation architecture
• ▹Improve app accessibility in line with compliance standards
• ▹Strengthen testing practices and automation
• ▹Own Upsell infrastructure and in-app messaging

Requirements

• ▹4+ years developing mobile and web apps, hands-on React and/or React Native, deep JavaScript fundamentals
• ▹CI/CD pipeline and release process experience
• ▹Comfort with native browser APIs, CSS confidence for design system components
• ▹Track record building medium-to-large scale products, TDD and REST API design
• ▹Product-first mindset with end-to-end ownership
• ▹Generalist mindset, strong communication
