• ▹lead a growing team of application engineers with a hands-on approach

• ▹identify team improvements and coordinate efforts to boost velocity and effectiveness

• ▹maintain a results-driven mindset for delivering impact at scale and speed

Requirements

• ▹preferably 2+ years managing multidisciplinary teams
• ▹proven ability to recruit, retain and grow top engineering talent
• ▹demonstrated leadership, coaching and mentoring ability
• ▹significant hands-on experience building scalable, robust, fault-tolerant systems, preferably on JVM or PHP
• ▹strong product sense and customer-centric approach
• ▹strong analytical and problem-solving skills
