Responsibilities

• ▹Own end-to-end UI and API functional test suites, test bar, and test coverage for an entire feature area of the webapp
• ▹Create test code in multiple languages (e.g. TypeScript, Java, C#)
• ▹Leverage multiple test frameworks (e.g. Playwright, Selenium, REST Assured, JMeter)
• ▹Contribute to defining the test strategy for the owned feature area (test bar, test coverage, API/UI trade-off)
• ▹Customize or develop new features of the test framework itself (e.g. collecting and analyzing test results)
• ▹Lead end-to-end testing activities across multiple environments

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience in automation testing
• ▹Strong experience in UI test design using Page Object Models, Playwright, Java or TypeScript or C#
• ▹Strong experience in API test design using Postman, REST Assured or similar framework
• ▹Experience with JMeter or other performance test tool
• ▹Exposure to modern UI automation tools
• ▹Strong understanding of STLC
• ▹Experience working in Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies
• ▹Working knowledge of Git version control, JIRA (Kanban boards, Scrum boards, Issue Management in an Agile work environment)
• ▹Proficiency in using AI tools to deliver results
• ▹Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

• ▹Ability to modify or develop custom features in an existing test framework
• ▹Experience with CI/CD tools – Jenkins or Azure DevOps
• ▹Experience with test reporting and dashboard tools
• ▹Experience working on financial domain products
