As we expand, we’re looking for talented Salesforce Developers in Costa Rica who bring both technical know-how and strong collaboration skills.   We deeply value the expertise in Costa Rica and are committed to a remote-first culture that enables you to thrive in your role— no need to relocate.   The Role   As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you’ll help design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support our internal teams and business growth. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to scalable architecture, and be part of a company where your impact is visible and valued.   What You’ll Be Doing   Customize and configure Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.   Translate business needs into technical solutions within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.   Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools and internal systems (APIs, middleware, etc.).   Maintain clean, scalable code and contribute to peer reviews and architecture discussions.   Participate in Agile sprints, support QA/UAT testing, and help drive technical best practices.   What You Bring   5+ years of Salesforce development experience   Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)   Familiarity with declarative tools like Flow, Process Builder, and Validation Rules   Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like MuleSoft or similar)   Solid understanding of Salesforce security, deployment, and version control tools (Gearset, Copado, etc.)   Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin, App Builder, etc.)   Previous experience working with U.S. teams or companies   Good written and spoken English (B2+ level or higher)   Located in Costa Rica and legally authorized to work in Costa Rica (citizen, resident, or valid work visa)   Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection   Why You’ll Love Working Here   We take care of our people.
