Staff Product Manager, Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• ▹Partner with the Head of Infrastructure to define and drive product vision and roadmap, aligned with company strategy
• ▹Work closely with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to ship on a predictable cadence and own the outcomes
• ▹Own infrastructure planning, prioritization, and roadmapping
• ▹Make and communicate crisp prioritization decisions, balancing new capabilities against reliability, performance, and security
• ▹Define the metrics that matter (adoption, engagement, quality, business impact) and hold the team accountable
• ▹Serve as connective tissue across functions, feeding customer feedback, competitive dynamics, and technical realities into product direction
• ▹Raise the product bar through rigorous specs, reviews, and decision-making
• ▹Projects include architecting multi-region deployment strategies and developing comprehensive observability infrastructure

Requirements

• ▹6+ years of product management experience shipping and scaling software platforms in production, with measurable impact
• ▹Experience owning complex, technical products end to end, including platform, infrastructure, or AI/ML capabilities
• ▹Strong ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear strategy, crisp requirements, and prioritized roadmaps
• ▹Fluency working with engineering and design teams on technical trade-offs (distributed systems, APIs, cloud infrastructure)
• ▹Excellent analytical skills, defining metrics and using data to guide decisions
• ▹Outstanding written and verbal communication, with demonstrated ability to align stakeholders
• ▹A high bar for quality, strong product judgment, and a sense for where a product experience could break down

Nice to have

• ▹Experience building products for legal, professional-services, or other expert users with demanding accuracy and trust requirements
• ▹Background with AI/ML products, LLM-powered applications, or high-throughput inference systems
• ▹Experience with multi-tenant, enterprise platforms subject to strict security and compliance requirements
• ▹Prior experience partnering closely with infrastructure or platform engineering teams
• ▹A prior career in law or another professional-services field, or experience building tools for those users
