Responsibilities

• ▹Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover customer challenges
• ▹Build relationships with technical leaders and decision-makers
• ▹Set success criteria and deliver tailored proofs of concept, demos, workshops
• ▹Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams
• ▹Maintain deep understanding of Postman's capabilities and industry trends
• ▹Share customer insights with Product and Engineering teams
• ▹Represent Postman at industry events, conferences, webinars
• ▹Create technical content

Requirements

• ▹5+ years in technical consulting, pre-sales engineering, or related roles
• ▹5+ years of software engineering experience
• ▹Expertise: REST and GraphQL APIs, API lifecycle tools (Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, Kong, Apigee), CI/CD and automation, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), modern development practices
• ▹Excellent English communication skills, customer-facing presentations
• ▹Ability to travel up to 25% across EMEA
