Responsibilities

• ▹Help drive enterprise sales by nurturing Strategic and Enterprise customers
• ▹Conduct discovery, qualification, technical demos, and proof-of-value workshops
• ▹Handle technical questions and objections
• ▹Deeply understand customer workflows and API-first adoption
• ▹Share customer feedback with relevant teams
• ▹Stay current on competitive landscape and trends
• ▹Create proof-of-concept integrations and workflows
• ▹Maintain customer sandbox environments
• ▹Act as a technical bridge between sales and other teams

Requirements

• ▹8+ years of enterprise sales/solutions engineering experience
• ▹4+ years of software development experience
• ▹4+ years with APIs and data platforms
• ▹Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• ▹Remote-friendly, ability to travel up to 50%
• ▹Customer-facing experience across all technical levels
• ▹Experience engaging senior management and executives
• ▹Ability to build deep, lasting relationships with Strategic customers
• ▹Strong understanding of APIs
• ▹Knowledge of modern development methodologies and DevOps
• ▹Comfortable with enterprise SaaS sales process and cloud security
• ▹Enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, Command of the Message)
• ▹Familiarity with developer tooling: IDEs, Git, CI/CD, microservices, containers, cloud
