Responsibilities

• ▹Design and maintain the data foundation the Deal Desk org runs on, including account and contact data quality and enrichment workflows
• ▹Ship deal desk productivity workflows fast: triage requests from the team, identify low-hanging fruit, and build and iterate quickly
• ▹Decide when to go custom versus using point-and-click tools, applying judgment case by case
• ▹Think in systems: anticipate the upstream and downstream implications of every workflow to avoid creating technical debt
• ▹Integrate third-party APIs to sync events and information reliably across the tools the team depends on
• ▹Document what is built so it can be found, understood, and trusted by others

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or a technical RevOps role, ideally at a high-growth, AI-native B2B company
• ▹Direct experience with Salesforce, including its data model and ownership of changes
• ▹Fluency with AI coding assistants, actively building with these tools rather than just experimenting
• ▹A track record of owning end-to-end AI and automation workflows
• ▹A fundamental understanding of APIs and webhooks for integrating third-party systems
• ▹Strong judgment on the build decision — knowing when low-code gets you most of the way and when it becomes the bottleneck
• ▹Systems thinking: breaking problems into composable, reusable, and maintainable parts
• ▹High agency and bias for action, comfortable experimenting and building fast under ambiguity
