Responsibilities

• ▹Establish and evolve the operational analytics framework for new international markets, ensuring scalable measurement and reporting
• ▹Proactively identify growth, UX and profitability opportunities through analysis and product sense
• ▹Own business problems end to end, translating insights into recommendations and optimization strategies
• ▹Define success metrics, generate insights and hypotheses, track performance, build shareable dashboards and reports
• ▹Develop scalable analytics solutions and data models
• ▹Tackle ambiguous problems and design experiments to validate product-market fit and economic viability
• ▹Translate analytical findings into compelling business narratives for leadership
• ▹Lead weekly cross-functional metric reviews and deep dives into significant metric shifts
• ▹Partner with Product, Risk, Finance, Commercial and Operations to align strategy
• ▹Mentor junior analysts

Requirements

• ▹Strong understanding of the consumer lending and credit industry (portfolio performance, credit metrics)
• ▹Bachelor's or Master's degree in statistics, mathematics, finance or economics
• ▹5+ years in a cross-functional analytical role
• ▹Practical and theoretical knowledge of A/B testing
• ▹Experience with SQL and statistical analysis in Python
• ▹Ability to balance multiple analytics workstreams and prioritize a roadmap
• ▹Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude) to accelerate analysis
• ▹Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to have

• ▹Experience supporting international lending markets, particularly Europe and/or APAC
• ▹Previous experience mentoring junior analysts
