German and English speaking Security Manager (Business Continuity / Crisis Management)

Responsibilities

• ▹Pursuing and reviewing requirements regarding the structure and processes of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Emergency/Crisis Management (ECM)
• ▹Representing BCM/ECM topics towards internal customers
• ▹Steering BCM structures in international subsidiaries, including internal audits
• ▹Developing and implementing overarching BCM and Crisis Management test concepts
• ▹Developing and delivering awareness measures and trainings
• ▹Supporting measures for coping with incidents and crises

Requirements

• ▹University or high school degree in Security Management, Informatics, Engineering, Economics, Cyber Security, Project Management or a comparable qualification
• ▹High-level (C1) English and German language knowledge
• ▹Basic Information Security knowledge/experience
• ▹Experience in Business Continuity Management and/or Emergency/Crisis Management, ideally with setups at larger enterprises
• ▹Experience in international projects

Nice to have

• ▹BCM/ECM certifications (CBCI, CISM, ISO 22301, ISO 27001, etc.)
• ▹Project Management certificates (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
• ▹Experience in agile methods (e.g. Kanban, Scrum)
